We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of human capital management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to the HR team
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance appraisals
- Handle employee complaints and conflicts with professionalism and fairness
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues and provide support as needed
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and best practices
- Proficient in Quickbooks, Kinnser is a plus
-Healthcare HR experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
