Hotel operations managers oversee the entire operations of a lodging establishment under the leadership of the General Manager.
Operations include Front desk, housekeeping and food service, It is the hotel operations manager's job to deal effectively with customers, upper management and other staff members while keeping the hotel running smoothly.
As the operations manager for Homewood Suites Waco, the ideal candidate will work with closely with each department to help manage the hotel.
These duties may include assisting with the creation of an effective work schedule for, hiring new employees, and overseeing the training of staff for each department.
