Kids Club Manager

```Duties``` - Responsible for caring for children ages 6 months to 8 years - Greet all members & guests with a smile - Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children - Watch and care for children to ensure their safety - Provide consistent interaction with children - Initiate games, arts & crafts projects - Clean and sanitize toys - Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures and standards - Manage the work schedule for other Kids Club employees ```Requirements``` - CPR/AED certification is required.
- Experience in infant care, preschool, or toddler care is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques.
- Ability to educate and engage children in a variety of activities.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\* Job includes a tennis and fitness membership to Waco Regional Tennis & Fitness Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.
