Branch Manager - Waco Market

Branch Manager Extraco Banks is seeking a Branch Manager to join our Waco team.
As Branch Manager, you will develop and lead retail bank employees and direct all aspects of the operations of the branch location to ensure a superior customer and employee experience are consistently provided that aligns with our Mission and Values and brings quantifiable results.
Potential fast track to Sr.
Branch Manager overseeing multiple branches.
Responsibilities and Duties: Build and sustain a team of employees to provide excellent relationships with customers and meet sales goals.
Communicate sales and service goals and direction with employees to ensure clear understanding of expectations.
Develop, implement, and monitor plans for achieving sales and service goals.
Facilitate individual and team meetings to develop team motivation, achieve organizational sales goals, increase customer service objectives and enhance employee communication.
Identify training needs and work with dedicated training team to implement a plan of action.
Oversee post classroom training of new hires, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of bank procedures, products, and services.
Work to maintain effective schedule coordination to meet needs of branch location.
Provide recommendations with regard to performance appraisals, promotions, salary increases, and disciplinary actions for employees.
Develop and enhance Extraco's presence in the community.
Monitor and ensure adherence to banking policies and procedures, including risk management.
Develop and ensure successful execution of goals and strategies.
Serve as Champion for the financial and cultural health of the branch location.
Education: High School Diploma required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Required Experience and Skills: 5+ years of banking experience required 2+ years of management experience required in a banking or retail environment with direct oversight of multiple employees Experience in a working manager position at a business with assets in the MM Goal and results oriented High moral character Demonstrated commitment to strategic initiatives Ability to read financial reports to help manage branch operations Excellent relationship building skills Ability to hold team members accountable Ability to prioritize and manage time Ability to manage branch operations at multiple locations Ability to manage managers and individual contributors Proven Leadership ability Passion to serve others Understanding financial analysis and ability to identify trends Strong professional presence Superior communication and listening skills Superior customer service skills Ability to de-escalate customers Success in employee development and talent management Extraco provides excellent benefits and competitive compensation.
