Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful warehouse management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of inventory control and logistics.
The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
Implement and maintain efficient and standardized processes to maximize productivity.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of warehouse staff.
Set performance goals and conduct performance evaluations for warehouse team members.
Inventory Control: Implement and maintain robust inventory management practices.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory counts and address discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and minimize excess stock.
Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all warehouse staff.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety training sessions for warehouse personnel.
Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
