Responsibilities:
Manage the bar efficiently and safely, ensuring all necessary supplies and ingredients are readily available
Create innovative cocktail recipes and seasonal menus for customers to enjoy
Serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and courteously
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff members to maintain high customer service standards
Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and secure all cash throughout each shift
Qualifications:
Must have exceptional customer service abilities
Demonstrated experience in bartending is required
Availability must include nights and weekends
Familiarity with state and local liquor regulations is essential
