What We Are Looking For
The Baylor Ethics Initiative Administrative Associate serves within the College of Arts of Sciences.
A high school diploma, two years of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith is required.
A Masters degree and five years of relevant work experience is preferred.
This will be a part-time (approx.
29 hours per week), temporary position with an anticipated end date of 12/31/24 with the possibility of rehire.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Website and social media maintenance
Event planning support
Administrative support of office, curricular programming, and research
Maintain departmental office and faculty supply needs
Partner with various University departments on special projects
Promote professional environment with excellent customer service
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
Comply with university policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
