I really like this motorcycle and hate to let it go, but it's time to downsize.
I've recently replaced the clutch (Barnett), rear air shock (OEM), front tire, and front disc pads (rear pads are in great shape).
I've also added a heel shifter, driver back rest, and TPMS.
It's my understanding that Polaris wanted to combine the best of Honda's GW and H-D's Ultra when they designed this motorcycle.
It's got a six speed transmission coupled to a big twin with lots of torque.
It's a belt drive, just like H-Ds.
The bike is well equipped with cruise control, AM/FM/Weather band radio (or you can plug in whatever aux audio you like), electronically adjustable windshield, heated grips and seats.
The designers also built in unique tip-over protection (you can google or youtube it).
This 2012 is in terrific condition, ready to ride anywhere there's pavement.
It's super comfortable for both driver and pillion.
Loads of space in the big trunk, which has it's own power supply for charging/recharging cell phones, etc.
(there's also a power supply in front of the driver position in it's own compartment).
The previous owner installed a trailer hitch, which I've removed, but you can have if you want it.
I've left the trailer wiring intact.
A note for scammers; this isn't my first rodeo on Craig, so don't bother.
I will only sell this motorcycle in person.
That said, I can help with delivery in the central Texas area for an agreed fee depending on how far.
