However, this one has been SETUP.
Out of the box, the neck had no relief, so the strings buzzed.
The string height was also MUCH too high.
These have all been adjusted, and new D'Addario 9-42 strings have been installed.
A setup to make these adjustments costs around $50 locally.
This one is ready to play, by beginning and advanced players alike.
Plugged in, it absolutely rocks and twangs like a Tele should.
Since it includes the box and all materials, it makes a perfect gift.
