Apartment Manager

\*\*Job Overview:\*\* We are seeking an Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate administration, property leasing, and legal administrative tasks.
As an Apartment Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining tenant satisfaction and ensuring the property's success.
\*\*Duties:\*\* - Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing available units, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements - Enforce compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally - Coordinate maintenance requests through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met - Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection - Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants to maximize revenue - Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus \*\*Skills:\*\* - Proficiency in real estate administrative tasks - Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management laws - Experience in negotiating contracts and lease agreements - Ability to utilize a CMMS for maintenance coordination - Understanding of legal administrative procedures related to property management - Proven track record in upselling services or amenities to tenants - Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is advantageous - Exceptional customer service skills to address tenant needs effectively Job Type: Part-time Pay: $19.
