We are seeking a dedicated Single Family Residential Leasing Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, property leasing, and office administrative tasks.

\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
- Assist in leasing activities including showing rental units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist in rent collection and financial reporting
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Support the Property Manager in daily operations
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts tacfully and effectively
- Knowledge of property leasing procedures and office administrative tasks
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with contract management in property management
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 housing programs
- A depenable vehicle is required for this position
- Be technologically savy
- Possess a dependable loptop and cell phone
