* In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for callers, providing company information including address, directions, fax numbers, website details, and other relevant information.
* Responsible for accurately and promptly processing incoming orders, ensuring seamless transactions, and maintaining a high standard of order fulfillment.
* Responsible for promptly and professionally addressing company emails, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high standard of customer service through clear and concise written communication.
* Responsible for effectively resolving shipping issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
* Responsible for addressing customer issues, ensuring efficient problem resolution, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
* Responsible for managing communication across various online store platforms, ensuring consistent and effective messaging, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a cohesive and positive brand image across multiple channels.
