SUMMARY: Assists with store operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following, other duties may be assigned: Greets customers upon encounter Assists customers as needed in finding items and/or answering questions Removes out of date items from display area to include pulling wares and clothing.
Maintains display areas including special displays, racks, shelves, bins, and other areas displaying items for sale Monitors and opens dressing rooms and restrooms, as needed Watches for theft Accepts donations and/or directs donors to donation area; prepares receipts as necessary Hang clothing in production, when needed Cleans areas of the store, including restrooms Puts merchandise, including wares and clothing, out on the floor LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES: Leadership Competency Hourly / Non-Supervisory Leader OUR TEAM Emotional Maturity and Respect Thinks how their actions make other people feel and acts appropriately.

REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS In order to operate a forklift, certification must be obtained through a company-specific training program.
