The Store General Manager’s primary duties are to develop a high performance team, manage the product offerings, deliver customer satisfaction, and administer operational goals.
General Managers typically work a minimum 48 hour work week consisting primarily of early mornings and afternoons, including most weekends and holidays and must be available 24/7.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
$150,000 / salary
Administer operational system that promotes ongoing maintenance to the entire store asset
Foster a workplace that results in the development of a high performing team
Recruit, develop, and inspire a highly effective team of retail associates
Manage product offerings
Support frontline employees during high traffic on various POS and transaction devices
Onboard and train new employees to prescribed staff levels, up to 250 employees
Administer employee performance management throughout employee life cycle
Control labor and overtime
Enforce Company policies and procedures
Implement inventory control
Deliver clean, friendly, and in-stock to a pronounced level
Provide guidance through observing, mentoring, and coaching staff
Must be role model and leader; must solve problems, make informed decisions, and manage the workforce and time wisely in order to achieve maximum results
Ensure that all staff are meeting the execution of daily tasks and operational goals
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant and extensive retail management experience preferred
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel
Kronos and iCIMS knowledge is a plus
Prolonged walking and/or standing for 8-12 continuous hours.
