Room for rent in a nice house and it’s in a nice neighborhood.
Shared bathroom, driveway parking.
Shared fridge.
Rent is $500 plus half of all utilities.
First month rent will be paid on move in date and the 1st of every month there after.
We will be splitting all the utilities.
I will be doing interviews until dec 29th except for Christmas Day.
Washer and dryer in house, no pets allowed.
