I have a room available in a duplex 2 bed 1 bath Apt complex.
It's in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.
My roomie is moving out due to his job situation by the end of Nov, so I'm renting it for a minimum 6-month lease term period starting Dec-1 ending June 2024.
Room is available for 6-months or less.
I don't have any preference over gender or type of person.
Just be professional, Clean, respectful, and mature and be able to of pay the rent and share of your utilities on time.
Have a Job Rent is $475 a month plus 1/2 the utilities.
They include Water/ Sewer/ Garbage disposal, Electricity and Internet.
they range from $150- $175 a month each.
Room is unfurnished with a shared bath.
Parking is just outside our duplex.
