Looking for a Roommate for my 4th bedroom - $600/month – all bills paid (electric, water, trash, high speed internet)
THE HOUSE: Beautiful 4 bed/2 bath home in a great, quiet neighborhood in Hewitt.
It's a 2- min drive to I-35 N on-ramp and 15 mins from Baylor/Downtown, so a perfect location to everything! We have space for 3 cars to park side by side in the driveway, so there's room for your car.
ME (HOME OWNER): I'm a 31 year old female professional with a graduate degree from Baylor, a super chill 15 year old that just reads all the time, and the sweetest dog ever.
My dog is a mellow old man that mostly just lays around and loves to cuddle on the couch.
I am laid back and easy going, but also extremely clean/organized.
I enjoy a good beer or a fun night out occasionally, but we usually keep it pretty quiet/chill at the house because I have a kiddo :)
THE ROOM: Room is fully furnished with a super comfortable memory foam queen bed and bedding, two bookshelves, bedside table with a lamp, and a dresser.
It has a ceiling fan and a very spacious closet.
My other spare bedroom is occupied by my friend/roommate who is a male Baylor professor in his 40s.
He is very clean, quiet, nice, and easy going.
You would share a bathroom only with him.
YOU: I'm looking for a roommate who is clean/neat and mature/responsible.
A graduate student or professional would be a great fit! No drugs, pets, or two person occupancy - sorry.
I’m open to short term renters! Will pro-rate first month.
I have had someone rent the room as a home office while his house was being built, and that worked great, so I am also open to alternative situations such as that, as well.
