I have a room available in a house.
4 bed 3 bath house.
It's in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.
We're preferably seeking a Single female as there is another female occupying the other room but it's not mandatory.
Room is available for a single occupancy only for an initial 5-month lease term.
I don't have any preference for a type of person.
Just be professional, Clean, respectful, and mature and be able to of pay the rent and share of your utilities on time.
Have a Job.
Rent is $550 a month plus utilities.
Security deposit $250.
Utilities include Water/ Sewer/ Garbage disposal, Electricity and Internet use.
Room is furnished with an attached bath.
Parking is just outside our house.
