00 with $150.
00 security deposit.
Includes all utilities, Wi-Fi and Directv.
Includes housekeeping and weekly laundry.
Kitchenette upstairs with Microwave, Nuwave Oven, Smokeless Grill and Pizza Oven.
Full kitchen downstairs.
Small refrigerators in each room plus large refrigerator in kitchenette.
I provide all paper products.
Coffee maker and coffee in each room.
Fresh towels in bathroom.
No smoking except for outside or enclosed porch.
Off Street Parking with Lighting.
No Pets.
Text or call only.
All before 8pm please.
Close to the freeway and downtown Hillsboro.
Daytime workers only due to my cleaning and laundry schedule in the day.
