Have a Job Rent is $475 a month plus 1/2 the utilities.
They include Water/ Sewer/ Garbage disposal, Electricity and Internet.
They range from $150- $175 a month each.
Room is unfurnished and comes with a shared bath.
Parking is just outside our duplex.
