One of our roommates is getting married and moving in with their fiancé ! We are looking for someone to take her place on the lease ( month to month) on February 1st if possible.
About the room: House is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, you’d be sharing the bathroom with two others.
You also get access to the HOA center (pool , bbq area, tennis court & pickleball, volleyball court and basketball court) You must be okay with noise (honestly just on the weekends at most ) also: NO PETS, NO COUPLES.
About us: We’re all guys in our mid twenties working from home mostly.
We’re pretty social and we occasionally host gatherings and are pretty close.
We surf , hike and play tennis and will go out from time to time.
Overall it’s a pretty casual environment and we like getting to know others.
