The room costs $1320/month plus utilities, and comes available on March 12, although the lease wouldn’t officially start until April 1.

This room gets lots of natural light and has room for a queen (or king) bed, couch, arm chair, coffee table, desk, and still lots of space left over.
You would share the top floor bathroom with one other housemate.
Utilities range from $50-$100 (highest in the winter for heating).
A security deposit of 1 months rent plus admin fees is due before move in.
You’d be signing on to a 12 month lease that transitions to month to month afterwards!
We are only 2 blocks from 18th street so Safeway, CVS, and tons of bars/restaurants are all close by and we are close to Kalorama Park!
The house itself is three stories and has a large dining room, living room with a skylight, spacious kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, back patio with a fire pit and garden, a rooftop area to sunbathe on.
The roommates you’ll be living with are all 26-30:
B - bright and cheerful water engineer who loves nature, dancing, big hugs, and hanging with pals
C - high energy journalist who loves photography and exploring new places, perpetually running late
L - loves EDM concerts, bartender/mixologist at georgetown cocktail bar
N - dungeon master, chess savant, teaches at local jail, loves to have a good time
B - joyful cookbook saleswoman, spontaneous, knows all the happenings around the neighborhood
What are we looking for?
We are a social house! We want someone who is friendly, joins us for a bonfire sometimes, but also a lot of this house likes going to bed early so we are pretty quiet in the late night.
We are a co-ed house and are happy with roommates of any gender identity.
Since this is a 6 person house being tidy is a MUST.
No pets & no couples, sorry
