I have a room available in a duplex 2 bed 1 bath Apt complex.
It's in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.
We're preferably seeking a single female but it's not mandatory.
Room is available in the 1st week of May for a single occupancy for up to a year lease term period starting June-24.
I don't have any preference for a type of person.
Just be professional, Clean, respectful, and mature and be able to of pay the rent and share of your utilities on time.
Have a Job Rent is $550 a month plus share of utilities extra, all together it will be $700.
00 all inclusive.
Utilities include Water/ Sewer/ Garbage disposal, Electricity and Internet use.
Room is unfurnished with an attached bath.
Parking is just outside our duplex.
