Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right tractors and implements to fit their needs - Provide product knowledge and information to customers - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Skills: - Knowledge of tractors, zero turns, UTVs and implements is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to work in a team environment Apply today to become part of our dynamic tractor sales team!
