Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers and promote products - Demonstrate knowledge of retail math to calculate discounts, sales tax, and change - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of automotive service or related industry is a plus - Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash register operations - Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues - Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.
