Automotive Sales Associate

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team.
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities: - Negotiate and close sales deals with customers - Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers - Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle features and benefits - Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicles, pricing, and financing options - Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer's experience - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions - Collaborate with the dealership team to meet sales goals and objectives - Utilize phone etiquette skills to make outbound calls to potential customers - Utilize public speaking skills to present vehicle features at dealership events - Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions Skills: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry - Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers - Proficient in using CRM systems or other sales tracking tools - Knowledge of outside sales techniques and strategies - Familiarity with the local market trends and competition in the automotive industry Join our dynamic team of Car Sales Executives and enjoy a competitive salary package along with attractive commission opportunities.
