Key Roles and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, processing sales transactions and handling various forms of payment.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
Collaborate with team members to ensure product displays are visually appealing, well-maintained, and adequately stocked.
Assist with inventory management tasks, including monitoring stock levels and communicating replenishment needs.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.
Contribute to a positive and cohesive team atmosphere by supporting fellow associates during busy periods.
Adhere to cash handling policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to ensure the security of store assets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications and Competencies
At least 16 years old
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holiday
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
