What We're Looking For
The Annual Giving Program Manager provides support for and day-to-day office management of the Baylor Annual Giving and Donor Relations Office.
The position also manages the Baylor University Engagement Center (Call Center) and is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of programs, as well as overseeing the recruitment and retention of student employees.
A Bachelor's Degree, two years of relevant experience and an active Christian faith are required.
Up to three years of relevant experience is preferred.
Experience will not be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
What You Will Do
Facilitate/coordinate day-to-day activities for the Annual Giving and Donor Relations Department, which may include marketing, solicitation calendars, data collection, report preparation, weekly/monthly reporting, database oversight.
Contribute information and recommendation to strategic plans and reviews.
Collaborate with leadership in planning of marketing/solicitation strategy for the Baylor University Engagement Center.
Also responsible for the implementation and management of said strategy.
Provide weekly follow up from calling floor and other direct marketing initiatives for donors, prospects, students, and for research.
Collaborate with management to develop opportunities that will improve program success.
Serve as the primary point of contact and the day-to-day management of the call center.
Oversee and manage Student Financial Aid student-worker personnel matters for the engagement center; processing all paperwork, approving student payroll/timesheets, terminations, and pay increases.
Develop and maintain relevant policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
Maintain the engagement center, physically in upkeep, and comradery wise in employee engagement and retention.
This will be done in developing strategic actions to meet program goals, one of which will be creating a social and web presence where content may also be used in solicitations and stewardship outside of the call center.
Collaborate with Advancement colleagues, including upper-level management, for day-to-day division functions.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
