*Position Overview:* The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and executing strategic marketing plans and activities for our brand Uzin.
These responsibilities are to be performed optimizing current marketing strategies within the marketing team at Uzin Utz North America, along with strong collaboration and use of resources of the global marketing brand teams of Uzin, Wolff and Uzin Utz.
Primary Responsibilities: *Day to day responsibility of brand digital marketing channels * * Website * Social Media * Digital catalog * E-Mail marketing * CRM * MAM (Media Asset Management System) *Develop, implement, and analyze effectiveness of creative content for brand * * Print media (product catalogs, flyers, technical documents) * Videos * Website *Work with external graphic designers and advertising partners on: * * New product campaigns * Existing product campaigns * Brand events * Market trends *Coordination and attendance at National trade shows and Regional events * * Space design of event showcasing brand * Advertising of event(s) *Work in cross-functional groups on projects focusing on brand* * Sales and management teams * Product management * Executive management *Collaborate with Global Marketing team on CI brand requirements* * Packaging * Literature * Website * Peripherals Education, Experience and Skills: * *Preferred:* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent years of work experience * *Preferred:* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing specialist or manager role * Understands the principals of marketing operations and technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to interact effectively in a team environment and with individuals at all levels of the organization * Attention to detail when viewing data, reports and communications * Able to synthesize complex or diverse information * Documents work flows and procedures *Benefits:* * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits program * Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance– with generous employer cost share * Employer Paid Life, Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance * Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Supplemental Life Insurance Options * 401(k) Plan with Employer Match and 100% vesting * 3 Weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) Annually * 11 Paid holidays for 2024 This position is full-time on site at our Waco, TX (76712) location.
