It also includes creating brochures and catalogs that show up-to-date information about the trucks we build for tradeshows and factory handout material.
This is accomplished via content creation, post captioning, scheduling, and public interface.
This position will be factory-based and responsible for documentation of the building process and day-to-day factory activities.
This role will attend three to four major trade shows annually and assist in all marketing-related activities.
There will be some travel required to assist with marketing projects as they come up throughout the year, but most of the content creation will be onsite at the factory in Hillsboro, TX.
This position will serve as the creative person of the marketing team, which is constantly creating new material to market what the company does and to showcase recent deliveries.
Duties and Responsibilities Manage Social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc) Create, caption, and schedule posts using best industry practices for optimum engagement.
Monitor public responses, comments, etc and reply as necessary.
Disseminate sales leads using an established sales pipeline.
Provide packaged, and up-to-date content to 3rd party web developers.
Responsible for the creation of physical marketing assets.
Interact with customers and factory staff to capture real-time social content needs (Stories).
Utilize analytical tools and compile relevant data into easy-to-understand reports.
Attend online meetings with other members of the marketing team and sales reps.
Responsible for new website content.
Driving medium trucks such as F350, F450, and F550 will be required.
Able to drive 4x4 vehicles will be required, such as UTVs and offroad trucks.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required: Experience in social media creation and management.
Experience with Hootsuite or similar scheduling software.
Experienced in using professional-grade video and camera equipment.
Experienced in using video production editing software.
Ability to effectively create captions and supporting text.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Proficient in basic computer skills to include all Microsoft Office products.
Working understanding of manual operation of mirrorless and DSLR cameras.
High proficiency with time management.
Ability to work onsite at the factory during normal business hours.
Able to manage their own workload to meet deadlines.
Must be able to travel independently and work offsite without direct supervision.
Education and/or Experience An AS or BS degree in Marketing, Media Arts or a related field is preferred but not required.
A Certificate in Media Arts or Marketing is also preferred but not required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in a production factory setting is a plus.
Experience with customer service or customer interactions is a plus.
Understanding of the Emergency Services is a plus.
Understanding and an appreciation of the automotive industry is a plus.
