Sales Support Specialist: The Sales Support Specialist will provide support to our sales engineers by acting as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order information.
This person will need to be goal-oriented, organized and able to communicate effectively through email and phone conversations.

Performance Objectives *Develop and deploy strategies to generate new customers: *This position will support our sales engineers by generating new customers through the use of communication channels like email, phone calls, and chat.
*Create and maintain a high quality post-sale customer experience: *This position will support our sales engineers by taking a customer through the fulfillment process after the design and purchase of the customer’s product(s) or system.
*Foster a relationship with our ideal customer: *This position will ensure that we are in the best position to serve all of our customers by completing the vendor approval processes for our key vertical markets.
*Facilitate our reseller recruitment and application process: *This person will develop relationships with potential resellers.
In addition, they will work with our management team in facilitating applicants to move through the review process.
Experience Requirements * Applicant must have or working toward Associates Degree in Business Administration or related degree with experience in sales and/or customer service.
* A good understanding and applicational ability of computer skills are required.
* Must be personable and able to communicate effectively - both verbal and written.
Daily Task and Responsibilities *Ensure all Sales Orders are complete and entered correctly: *receive and review sales orders before inputting them into order management system.
This includes working closely with customers, sales representatives, and manufacturers to ensure colors, quantities, and all billing information is correct and available.
*Receive and Process all Reseller Applications: *work with Sales Managers to review any new Reseller Applications.
This will involve verifying all application information, requesting additional information from customer, and inputting customer into Reseller system.
*Work toward ensuring Pro Acoustics is included in all possible State and Government Vendor lists: *starting with all previous customers and moving toward new customers, employee will contact and verify vendor status for all possible State and Government entities.
The employee will also inquire about any possible open bids or projects the entity may have available.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
00 - $17.
