Hi! We are Healthy Weight Loss RDs, a virtual health coaching company based in Waco, TX on a mission that solves the #1 pain point for busy, career-driven women in their weight journeys: providing a customized weight loss strategy without restrictive diets.
*Marketing Representative Position* The Ditch the Diet Program (coaching program by Healthy Weight Loss RD) is EXPANDING! If you are someone who wants to be part of a rapidly growing business, and work flexible hours, while making an impact with women’s lives then keep reading! Our company is progressing quickly… and I mean FAST! The results of our clients almost seem contagious! In the past 5 years we’ve been in business, the DTD program has enrolled hundreds of dedicated women in our virtual weight loss coaching program.
This is an important number to us as we are providing a 1-1, personalized service rather than just giving women a plan and saying “good luck” as most online health coaching businesses do.
The great news is, we are looking to transform even MORE women’s lives! We are looking to hire someone positive, self-motivated, and READY to grow with us! Specifically, we are looking for a local marketing representative that will help us in our process of empowering women to create permanent changes in their health.
We need someone who can do local outreach and spread the word about our program! This position is NOT for someone who: * Is seeking a full-time position with benefits * Doesn't have a strong work ethic * Has an unpredictable schedule in their current routine * Is unable to commit to this role for 1 year minimum * Has poor time management or organizational skills If you are someone who is looking for a part-time opportunity (5-10 hours/week) and you’re ready to grow with a company you feel passionate about, this is for YOU.
*If you are someone who:* * You THRIVE on building and nurturing relationships * You aren't afraid to step out of your comfort zone * You have excellent people skills and you love networking * You want to set your own schedule and have a flexible position (who doesn’t?) * BONUS BUT NOT REQUIRED: You have experience in working in the areas of healthcare and you're passionate about holistic health/nutrition We invite you to continue reading and learn more about this position! *THE ROLE:* The Marketing Representative will be responsible for doing marketing outreach locally and within the Texas area to other healthcare professionals who could be referral partners for our services.
This will involve visiting local healthcare practices and developing relationships for referrals.
Outreach can also be via phone or email for practices outside the Waco area.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Visit several local business on a weekly basis for marketing outreach * Consistent follow-up to nurture the relationships built * Create a systematic approach for tracking outreach and referral data * Drop off business cards, brochures, or other marketing material * Find other networking opportunities for business growth *RESULTS:* * Generate referrals from other healthcare professionals for dietitian services * Build long-lasting relationships with local practices *REQUIREMENTS:* * Sales or marketing experience is preferred but not required * Knowledge about nutrition and healthcare is preferred but not required * Maintains a high level of understanding of all services provided by DTD * Excellent internal and external communication skills * Shows aptitude for being a team player and go-getter * Able to provide a weekly schedule overview at least 1 month in advance * Friendly, Courteous, and Approachable * Finds excitement in building relationships * Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills * Adaptable to changes in marketing plans (flexibility is key) Part-Time 1099 Contractor 5-10 hours per week (will ramp up to this over a few months) _Who’s ready to change lives with us!?_ If you have thoroughly read all of this information, for the next steps for your application, please record a short video (under 5 minutes) of yourself answering the following questions (we want to put a face with a name :) ) * Share your name & where you live * What do you currently do for work?
