*Summary of Major Functions:*
* Conduct outside sales calls to potential and existing referral sources on behalf of Gentle Transitions Hospice
* Provide Explanation of Hospice Benefits (EOB) to patients and their families
* Coordinate & Communicate all daily patient referral and intake steps to ensure a smooth admission
*Qualifications:*
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
* Must have a demonstrated book of business and proven track record in this territory
* At least 2 years of marketing experience within the Home Health/Hospice care service industry
* At least 2 years, or equivalent sales experience, working with hospitals, facilities, physicians, nurses, case managers, and medical groups
* Must possess excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented
* Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to interact effectively and positively with health care professionals, patients, peers and management
* Valid and current auto insurance and drivers license is required
Position salary is negotiable based on experience, and book of business.
Bonus structure is excellent.
