As we expand our operations throughout Texas and the Central United States, we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Representatives.
*Position: Solar Sales Representative*
*Responsibilities:*
* Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and roofing solutions offered by Custom Pro.
* Conduct thorough assessments to determine the best solar and roofing options for customers' homes or businesses.
* Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and canvassing.
* Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
* Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
*Requirements:*
* Previous sales experience, preferably in the solar or roofing industry (though not required).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
*Compensation:*
* Our top sales reps make $350k-$1 Million
* Typical first year between $75,000-$250,000
* Although it's commission based, average reps will still have the ability to earn $75k+
