* Strong knowledge of ESS and EKC solutions, cybersecurity protocols, and COTS systems.
* Familiarity with DLA J6 Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) processes, Contracting Officer Representative (COR) coordination, and government procurement/installation protocols.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

_*Key Responsibilities:*_
*System Maintenance and Support: *Provide installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance support for the Lenel ACS, Bosch CCTV, and Morse Key Watchman EKC systems across designated DDRT buildings.
Conduct daily operations testing, inspections, and routine system checks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
*Cybersecurity and Compliance: *Collaborate with the DLA J6 Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols, policies, and standards.
Assist in implementing information protection measures and system security requirements for Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) ESS and EKC solutions.
Ensure all software/firmware installations are approved in writing by the DLA J6 TPOC in coordination with the COR.
*Upgrades, Patches, and Migrations: *Coordinate and implement system upgrades, patches, migrations, enhancements, and other related activities as directed by the contract requirements.
Ensure timely deployment of updates while minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
*Technical Collaboration and Communication: *Work closely with government-provided servers, switches, and workstations to ensure compatibility, integration, and optimal performance.
Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to address technical issues, requirements, and concerns.
*Documentation and Reporting: *Maintain accurate documentation related to system configurations, maintenance activities, security protocols, and compliance metrics.
Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, maintenance activities, and other relevant metrics for management review.
