Sheet Metal Shop Laborer

This position is responsible for providing top quality production of all types of Heavy Commercial HVAC ductwork in a timely and safe manner.
Brand new, state of the art sheet metal shop, running at the correct speed to meet customer needs and company goals.

Work on various machines during the production stages of duct.
Wear proper PPE at all times and comply with all safety standards and processes.
Identify and report to Management all potential opportunities for additional business.
Skills Excellent productivity and quality of work product.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
One or more years experience in a production environment and/or working on equipment or machines.
Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
