Overview:
Armoured One located in Hillsboro, Texas is recruiting for a full-time Cut Room Specialist to join their team.
The Cut Room Specialist will safely conduct the film cutting process production, routine maintenance related to cutroom production and implement quality control standards for each finished product.
This is a 1st shift position working Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Relocation package is not available.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure all film projects are completed for the given due date.
Film training for new hires (cut film, handle film).
Documentation/ training documentation (creating QD, printing stickers, documenting progress).
Trello training (glass line/cut room): Record order of operations to keep track of order and its whereabouts within the process.
Waste documentation and drops documentation.
Providing weekly reports of the progress to the supervisor.
Keep inventory of production materials, cleaning supplies and available tools needed for the cut room.
Conduct routine maintenance/cleaning of all equipment related to the cut room process.
Maintain the cleanliness of all immediate workstations and other various areas as applicable.
Routine building cleaning as requested/needed.
Abide by all Personal Protection & Equipment procedures at all times.

Qualifications:
Ability to read measuring devices such as a tape measure.
Ability to operate assorted hand tools and machinery.
Strong computer skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Education/Experience/Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma/GED; Associate degree is preferred.
OSHA 10-hour certification required.
