CHILLER UPTIME TECHNOLOGIES, LLC (CUT) is a well-recognized, high-tech chiller and heat exchanger repair company.
CUT was established in 2006 to support high-tech industries such as semiconductor and aerospace.
It has facilities in Springfield, OR and San Leandro, CA and opened a facility in Waco, TX in the Spring of 2023.
Training to repair high tech refrigeration systems and or PLC based control systems.
Knowledge of semiconductor industry a plus.
Requires a self-starter with ability to work and communicate with others.
Electrical and control system diagnostic education a plus.
Ability to use standard computer systems necessary.
Compensation includes paid vacation, holidays, profit sharing via yearend bonus, medical, and dental.
Pay rate dependent on experience.
Performance review after first 3 months.
All work is performed indoors.

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools; ability to use electronic test equipment
• Demonstrated ability to represent the company in a dependable and professional manner
• Must be able to obtain EPA Universal certification within 3 months if you have the qualifying electrical background.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently as well as in group settings
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations
• Troubleshoot electronic and/or refrigeration systems, and perform repairs.
• Good at communicating at all levels.
Demonstrate ability to work in a self-motivated way as well as in a team environment.
• Basic technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks following detailed instructions, perform such tasks as replacing components, wiring circuits, repairing electronic equipment; and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, semiconductor testers and oscilloscopes.
• Demonstrate ability to diagnose and repair refrigeration systems.
Ability to braze and use refrigeration repair tools.
• Knowledge of PLC based control systems in instrumentation.
• Work towards or have EPA HVAC technician certification.
• Be able to hold a security clearance if necessary.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Ability to travel to our headquarters in Springfield, Oregon for training.
