Currently we are looking for HVAC Estimator to join our team.

Primarily responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare quotes of products (fan coils, air handlers, heat pump, and accessories) and all other equipment for projects.
*Work Hours:*
* Full Time Position
* 40 hour per week
* Overtime as required.
*Pay: *DOE + Benefits
*Duties/Responsibilities:*
* Prepare accurate and comprehensive take-offs of HVAC products from construction plans and documents for Residential and Light Commercial.
* Prepare quotes for replacement and new construction.
* Review & understand bid documents: project plans, specifications, and scope of work.
* Administer Addendum(s)
* Ability to use estimating software and manufacturer’s software pricing programs to do costing of products.
* Ability to learn manufacturer equipment selection software.
* Ability to learn and conduct on-screen take offs.
*Required Skills/Abilities:*
* Must be proficient and familiar with building construction to include MEP trade for both new construction and renovation.
* Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and OST On-Screen Take Off Software (preferred but not required)
* Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
* Dependable, hardworking, focused, and highly motivated.
* Manage multiple tasks and respond to multiple requests simultaneously.
* Prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
* 2+ years with commercial construction projects or HVAC technical training preferred.
