As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment.
Your primary responsibilities will involve troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems, thus contributing to our production efficiency and product quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electro-mechanical issues, conducting necessary repairs.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.
Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in electro-mechanical systems.
About you
Qualifications & Professional attributes
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance is preferred.
3 years of experience with electrical systems, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
Root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
