A DAY IN THE LIFE
Plans and conducts new hire orientation for all new employees on the project site
Trains jobsite personnel on corporate computer applications including SharePoint, Chrome River, Blattner Mobile, The Learning Hub, Information Station, Corporate Intranet, Microsoft Office Suite, Virtual Reality Training, SSRS Reporting and other applications
Provide innovative, practical, and dynamic training solutions that save time, increase productivity, and improve the way in which people accomplish tasks
Conducts training audits by measuring training effectiveness, training methodologies, accountability of programs and communicates appropriate changes as needed to the field leadership and the Field Instructor of the Learning and Development team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
2 years’ experience delivering training of new hire orientation, company software, and/or safety regulations
Four-year degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, or similar field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical and Drug Test
Bilingual language skills in Spanish and English
Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with no rotations)
