*Requirements:*
The ideal candidate will have experience providing support to commercial construction projects from start to finish.
This candidate will be able to execute on a plan of action while adhering to a fixed timeline and evaluating risks.
This individual should be an effective communicator.

* _Must be able/willing to travel anywhere as needed.
_
* _Minimum of 2-3+ years_ in commercial construction as an Assistant Superintendent.
_Preferred project experience:_ healthcare, heavy industrial manufacturing, light industrial, mission critical, higher education (life sciences), high-end hospitality, K-12, retail, and/or class A office.
* _Ability to provide support up to $30-50+_ commercial construction projects.
* Effective communication skills with all levels of throughout the construction process.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide support to all field construction project activities and personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget, including:
* Submetering new construction or retrofit projects from start to finish.
* Coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites.
* Work with departmental leadership to ensure optimal construction operations.
* Assist the crew in proper safety and construction procedures.
* Provide technical guidance and direction to the construction personnel.
* Assess the situation and determine the best construction solution.
* Understand construction methods and procedures in Wireless deployment.
* Ensure all construction activities are appropriately tracked.
* Complete construction projects by scheduling materials, equipment, and personnel.
* Capability to effectively manage client relationships to achieve project goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.
