Responsibilities:
1.
Collaborate with project managers to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
2.
Support project planning efforts, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
3.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and skilled professionals (electricians, plumbers,
framers, etc.
) to ensure project objectives are met.
4.
Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
5.
Track project progress, identifying risks and issues, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
6.
Participate in project meetings, documenting discussions, and action items.
7.
Help maintain project documentation and files accurately and efficiently.
8.
Support the implementation of project management tools and methodologies.
9.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
10.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the project management team.
Qualifications:
1.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration,
Project Management, or a certification course.
2.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
3.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
6.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7.
Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
8.
Prior experience or coursework in project management is advantageous but not required.
