This is dry camping ONLY! No hookups, no electricity, no water, no trash containers.
ALL trash must be taken with you!
Cash is only form of payment and will be collected at gate before entering.
No other form of payment will be excepted - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Pets: must be on leash at all times.
WAIVER/RELEASE AGREEMENT
No signature is necessary for this to be a binding waiver/release.
By way of you showing up and appearing to land, I/WE (if more than one person in group/party) hereby agree to release, discharge, and covenant not to sue land owners, their heirs, and/or their respective administrators.
I/WE release them from ALL liabilities, claims, demands, losses of ANY kind, including but not limited to personal/bodily injury(s) and/or property damage(s).
I/WE hereby freely agree to not claim ANY neglect whatsoever on the part of the land owners, their heirs, and/or their respective administrators.
I/WE realize and acknowledge it is my/our responsibiliy(s) and liability(s) alone for any loss(s), damage(s), accident(s), to any person(s) and/or group injury(s) to other(s).
I/WE agree it is my/our responsibility to read and thoroughly understand this waiver/release.
I/WE cannot claim that I/WE did not thoroughly read it and thoroughly understand the entire waiver/release agreement.
I/WE acknowledge and understand I/WE are
totally responsible and liable for any loss(s) and damage(s), whether bodily and/or property by act(s) or neglect(s) by my children and/or any other minors in my/our group/party.
