Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our team.
As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various tests and experiments to support research and development efforts.
This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a laboratory setting.
Duties: - Perform a variety of laboratory tests and experiments under the guidance of senior technicians or scientists - Collect, analyze, and interpret data from tests and experiments - Maintain accurate records of test results and observations - Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize test procedures - Assist in the development of new test methods or protocols - Participate in quality control activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results Experience: - Previous experience working in a laboratory or research setting preferred - Familiarity with laboratory techniques and procedures - Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and veterinary terminology - Experience with basic life support (BLS) techniques - Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instruments - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.
g.
, biology, chemistry, or medical technology) preferred - Certification in phlebotomy is a plus - Knowledge of aseptic technique is highly desirable - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
