What We Are Looking For
The LMS Content Specialist will support the mission of Baylor University by working collaboratively and developing content in the Libraries department.
A Bachelor’s degree and an active Christian faith are required.
A Master’s degree and three years of relevant work experience is preferred.
A combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
This is a fully remote position.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Essential Functions
Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and faculty to develop, edit, publish and curate course materials (content templates, images, multimedia, 3rd party apps, web resources, and electronic library materials) in the Canvas Learning Management System.
Facilitate quality assurance testing of content developed in the learning management system.
Research, analyze, and validate learning technology and offer one or more solutions for consideration.
Develop and edit HTML and CSS.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission.
Ability to comply with University policies.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50,000 - $55,000.
The full salary range for this position classification is $42,974.
