What We're Looking For
The Assistant to the VP and Chief Financial Officer supports Baylor’s mission by directing all administrative and operations support for the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and assisting with the budget and related planning for the Division.
This position manages the day-to-day operation of the office of the VP and Chief Financial Officer.
An Associate’s Degree, five years of related experience, and an active Christian Faith are required.
An Bachelor’s Degree and seven years of experience are preferred.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP and Chief Financial Officer, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Plan and implement office procedures and operations.
Assist with the budget management process.
Analyze and prepare reports, meeting agendas, and other resource documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Maintain confidential records and files, handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and present financial data, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
Assist with department communications and correspondence.
Assist with special projects, research, and initiatives and in preparing key presentations.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
Ability to comply with University policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
