We are looking for new Machine Operators.
You will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.
Shift: 2nd shift – Monday through Friday, 4:30pm-3:00am, with occasional overtime
Machine Operator Salary Range: Starting at $15.
00/hr.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates.
You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.
• Set-up your machine at the start of each shift.
• Work with the materials and machines, following standard procedures.
• Take manual measurements to ensure high quality.
• Participate in regular training and cross-train others.
What You’ll Bring:
• High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
• Willingness to learn and operate a variety of machines
• Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs.

• Must be able to safely drive a forklift
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
