Director of Nursing

Wesley Woods Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Waco, Texas is seeking an exceptional and energetic candidate for our Director of Nursing position.
Requirements: * Unencumbered RN licensure in Texas (or a compact license) * Experience in Long-Term Care in an administrative nurse capacity Preferred * Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing in a long-term care setting Duties (non-exhaustive) * Oversee entire nursing department including the provision of care, labor management, and expense control * Real world knowledge of nursing facility regulations * A proven leader and educator * Patient, kind, professional * Willing to acclimate to company culture and expectations This position asnwers directly to the facility Administrator and corporate Director of Clinical Services.
