Individual is expected to be cross-trained as a Xray tech as well as a Medical Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, on patients as directed by physicians
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and safety
- Position patients correctly to obtain accurate images and minimize radiation exposure
- Review and evaluate images for quality and clarity, ensuring they meet diagnostic standards
- MA DUTIES: Demonstrate knowledge on doing injections, helping with minor procedures, flu / strep swabs, and collecting appropriate vitals.
Experience and certification is highly preferred
